The Non-Profit Capital Projects Program is a one-time grant funding opportunity available to 501(c)(3) organizations located in Charleston County. The funding opportunity aims to provide organizations with grant funding to expand their mission-driven services in response to the pandemic's negative impact on public health and the economy.

This is a one-time funding opportunity for acquisitions of equipment and/or modifications to existing buildings and structures through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). An organization's capital project request must be reasonable and proportional to the level of economic impact the organization experienced.
