Charleston County Council has approved Urban Entitlement Community Block Grants (CDBG) and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to provide Charleston County homeowners with safe and clean water and sewer systems by providing the following services:

• Repair or replacement of failing or inoperable well and septic systems
• Connection to public utility infrastructure where available
