The cost for search, retrieval, and redaction of records is the actual hourly salary of lowest paid employee qualified to fulfill the request.

Current staff labor estimates:

  • IT Time (email searches): $32.76/hr
  • Zoning and Planning: $25/hr
  • Building Inspections: $25/hr
  • Assessor’s Office: $23.26/hr

Paper copy estimates:

  • B&W single sided: $0.11
  • Color single sided: $0.49
  • B&W double sided: $0.22
  • Color double sided: $0.98

Postage costs are determined by weight.
