Dash Pass Registration

This program provides a system for post-disaster reentry certification for licensed businesses operating in Charleston County. Your participation in this program will enable you to expedite a post disaster assessment of your business to assist in the restoration of community lifelines in a more efficient and timely manner.

Please fill out the questionnaire below and a member of our staff will reach out to you within 5 working days to finalize the application process. You will be required to submit a list of employees you have designated as essential personnel. This list should only include individuals who are tasked to lead and assist in disaster clean up, recovery, and continuity of operations. A job title is required for every individual on your list. In addition, you will need to submit a copy of your official Dash Pass.
