Tax Information

  1. Tax District: Select the area in which the property is located.
  2. Appraisal Value: Entered the Appraisal value of the property.
  3. Assessment Ratio: Select the correct assessment ratio
    • 4% for a primary residence (Applies only to Property Tax Relief),
    • 6% for a non-primary residence or other real property or a motor vehicle,
    • 10.5% for personal property.

    • $72.00 on all improved parcels in City of North Charleston
    • $60.00 on all improved parcels in Mt Pleasant
  2. User Fee: Enter the proper fee
    • $150.00 for improved Real Property
    • $0.00 for vacant Real Property and Motor Vehicles
